Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if my office is negligent in keeping up with the expiration dates of my listings and Everlast Sign removes the sign/post from the property (5 days after the expiration date)?

There is a charge to reinstall the sign & post, the reason that it’s done is to keep costs down so the Real Estate gets their sign back and we get our post back before the homeowner discards it.

How do I extend my listing with Everlast Sign so my sign/post does not get removed and is there a charge?

No, there is not a charge however you are responsible for checking your signs due to expire section in your account on the Everlast web site. How does that work? 5 days before an expiration date (which the real estate provides at time of install) that address will appear on the signs due to expire section on your account, it will stay there for 5 days after the expiration date, therefore in that 10 days you must either extend or remove your sign. Click the red “X” it will remove the sign. Click the blue circle it will extend the sign (it will only allow you to extend the listing once every 90 days).
